PAYMENTS:You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that  any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and  you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes

SHIPPING CHARGES: Seller's fixed Shipping price is final. Please understand that our shipping charges not only cover the shipping costs, but also include handling and packaging. We do not offer shipping discounts for combined shipments. Please do buy if you do not agree with our S&H charges.

SHIPPING: We offer Domestic shipping via USPS carriers and ONLY. We always provide you with a tracking number for your order. You can check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. We usually ship within 1-2 business days after the payment was received. In many cases, we ship the same day. Carrier delivery usually takes around 2-6 business days for domestic shipments. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delivery delays caused by the carrier. We WILL NOT BE LIABLE for lost or stolen items. Please email us right away and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if you have experienced any issues with delivery process. We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for delivery issues, if an Incorrect/Invalid address was provided.

SALES TAX: NY State Sales tax – add  additional 8.875% + S&H. (NY State Residents Only)

RETURN POLICY: All items are checked and packaged in new condition before shipment. If you have decided to ship the Item back, you should return it in same NEW/UNUSED condition no later then 15 days after the Item has been delivered. No money back will be issued after 15 days have passed from the original delivery date. We will REFUND you a TOTAL PRICE of your order MINUS RESTOCKING FEE.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

Restocking Fees deductions:

UNDER $100 - - - 25% deduction from original price.

ABOVE $100 - - - 20% deduction from original price.

We reserve the right to withhold EXTRA DEDUCTION from the refund for INTERNATIONALLY RETURNED PARCELS, due to specially paid international courier service.

If the item was slightly used and has visible usage and wear, we will deduct an EXTRA 10%-50% from the ORIGINAL AUCTION PRICE after we charged a restocking fee. Before you return the item please contact us first and afterwards send it back with a TRACKING UMBER in full ORIGIN PACKAGING at your expense. The Cost of missed Original Packaging will be charged from the amount you have left as a refund. Fully/partially damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or return. MISUSED or ABUSED Instruments/Items will not be accepted for the Refund. We will NOT BE LIABLE for any lost or stolen items during the return shipping. If you have experienced any problems with the return shipping, please email us right away and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

EXCHANGE POLICY or INCORRECT INFORMATION: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if you have ordered an incorrect size, provided an incorrect address or any other information. In the case of incorrect size provided by the Buyer, we can only process an Exchange if the Item/Accessories have NOT been used and remain in the Brand New Condition. In this case you should contact us first and after our approval send the item back with a TRACKING NUMBER in Full ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Buyer is responsible for Second Delivery S&H charges. If the Buyer refuses to pay S&H charges for Second Delivery, Seller Reserves the Right to Refuse Second Shipping until all the Charges/Fees have been paid in Full. We will not accept Items for Exchange if they were not mailed with a TRACKING NUMBER or were damaged during Shipping.

WARRANTY: We offer 3 month Warranty against manufacturer defects, starting from the date when the instrument was delivered. Warranty does not cover damages or mishandling that occurred on the Buyers part. Warranty includes Repairs or Replacement for a new instrument ONLY within the 3 month period. All returned products are thoroughly tested before a refund is issued. Money Back Guarantee is ONLY valid for 15 days after original delivery date. After 15 days, warranty goes in effect for 2 and a half month, but does not include Money Back Guarantee. Our company will test the returned instruments for Manufacturer Defects and if they are found, we will fix your instrument free of charge and send it back, or replace your instrument with the same model. If you have found a Factory Defect you should contact us first and after our approval send it back with a TRACKING NUMBER.

If you have found any problems in your instruments during first 3 months you are covered by the Manufacturer warranty. Please contact us immediately and describe the problem. Usually it needs some adjustment that could be done by you. If you are not able to adjust the instrument we will ask you to send it back to us for further investigation, free repair or an exchange.

IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO FIX THE INSTRUMENT IN THE REPAIR SHOP YOUR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY WILL BE CANCELED AND YOUR INSTRUMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNPROFESSIONAL REPAIRING SERVICES or REPAIR COSTS. So if you wish to get professional repairs or an exchange, you should contact us and ship the instrument back to us after our approval. We will not accept the instrument back after repairs have been done by a music shops.
